Now Hiring: Company Driver CDL Class A

Class A Local / Regional Flatbed Driver

 

Salary: $65,000.00 to $85,000.00 /year

 

We have an immediate company position open for a Class A tractor driver. This is a local / regional position that is 80% flatbed and 20% van work. Drivers spend an average of 2 nights out per week Monday through Friday, based upon a yearly average. There is no weekend work, except for being on call about every 8 weeks for emergencies. Our equipment is modern, Very well maintained, and you stay in the same truck everyday, no moving around from truck to truck. All trucks are equipped with Pre-Pass, and a very user friendly ELD system.

 

Our starting salaries are above industry average, and based upon your current experience and driving record. We provide many incentive programs, bonus programs, excellent healthcare, a company matched IRA, plus paid vacations and holidays.

 

Our management team started out as drivers, and maintain their CDL. This means they understand the job, but more importantly the hard work and skill it takes to get the job done right. There is a difference in attitudes between Delivery companies, and at FTS we are straight forward and won't B.S. you. FTS provides you the information and tools you need to make your job safer, more efficient, and most of all, as enjoyable as possible. This is a team effort. We back this up with a highest level safety rating and very low driver turnover.

Lease to purchase options are available to those who qualify. Flatbed training is available to those willing and able to perform flatbed duties.

 

We also have Independent Contractor positions available to those interested. FTS is a leader in the St. Louis area, and has continued to grow for nearly 30 years under the same ownership and management team.
